Orlando shooting

Recently, a mysterious person in Orlando went on a shooting spree and killed 49 people. Luckily, the police shot him before he could kill more. It is a tragedy and I hope that this never happens again.

Can a Microsoft Surface Pro run League of Legends?

I might start playing Lol soon because I heard that it is so popular. Just wondering if a Surface Pro will be able to run it without lagging like crazy.
