Some of space's weirdest exoplanets #3

Gliese 436b is an exoplanet that is 30 light-years away. It is covered in burning ice. The thing is, temperatures on this planet can reach 300 C˚! So why didn't the ice melt already? Well, the pressure on this planet is huge, so it compresses the ice so much, it won't let the ice change form, so the ice is trying to melt, but it can't because it is under immense pressure.
