Some of space's weirdest exoplanets #7

Have you ever had the feeling of beeing isolated and alone? Well, this is what this planet has to face every day! 2MASS J21265040-8140293, or J2126 for short, is the loneliest planet we discovered. It orbits a red dwarf star at almost 6900 AUs(Distance between Earth and Sun) and it takes about 1 million years to complete one orbit! Or, it is 1 trillion kilometres. To compare, Neptune, our farthest planet, is on average 30.1 AUs away.(It is average because remember that it is an elliptical orbit, which means that it is kind of an oval shape.)
